What is Liposuction?

Characteristics and Effects

1. Liposuction can be safely performed without adverse effects. ‘Power Liposuction’ liquefies adipose tissue and sucks out it. Thus, tissue damage and bleeding can be diminished as compared with the existing operations, and so large adipose can be removed safely and effectively and satisfactory results can be produced in somatotype correction.

2. Slimness can be kept permanently irrespective of region:
Beautiful figure means the well-balanced somatotype harmonious with each part of the body. In case the figure is changed as adipose is accumulated in the underbelly, the thigh, the calf, the arm and others, it is difficult to remove adipose through exercise or the dietary treatment. The adipose tissue in a specific region can be effectively removed by Power Liposuction, and so somatotype can be well balanced. As the number of lipocytes reduces after the operation, it does not grow fat again.

3. Adipose can be sucked out without scars:
A thin suction tube is inserted into the skin incised to about 5mm, and subcutaneous fat is sucked out. As the suction tube, which is used in ‘Power Liposuction’, finely vibrates, so the burn or the crumple is not left differently than the existing techniques. Likewise, the postoperative scar is not left as incision is performed minimally.

Principle of Power Liposuction

Power Liposuction can easily liquefy lipocytes through the suction tube that vibrates 600 times per minute, and can easily suck out large fat at once. In addition, it was so designed that subcutaneous fat can be selectively sucked out, without touching solid fat.

Effects of Power Liposuction

Internal fat can be removed as well as the body figure can be corrected.
The fat accumulated locally, which is difficult to be removed just by exercise or dietary treatments, can be effectively removed.

Preoperative Cautions

1. You should sufficiently consult with medical specialists on the surgical method, anesthesia and others.
2. You should sufficiently drink fluids for 7 days before the operation, because body fluid is also sucked out in     process of liposuction.
3. You should not have smokes for 2 weeks before the operation.
4. You should not take alcohol, nicotine, aspirin and the related drugs, and had better not undergo the     operation during the menstrual period.
5. Local anesthesia is performed in the case of the underbelly, and painless spinal anesthesia is performed in     the case of the thigh or the calf, and general anesthesia is performed in case large fat should be sucked     out in various regions.

Operative Process

1. Examination and Anesthesia: You should undergo a preoperative examination in a standing posture, in order     to examine how large fat is and to determine removable quantity. After that, you will be anesthetized.
2. Special Solution Injecting and Ultrasound Applying: A hole is bored into the region that is close by the target     but is not conspicuous, and a special solution is injected so that lipolysis can be hastened. Next, the     endermology massage is performed so that the solution can be evenly applied to the region in which fat     will be sucked out. Ultrasound is applied to the region for about 10 minutes, by using the zirconium crystal     transducer.
3. Liposuction: After lipocytes were liquefied, liposuction is begun by using Power Cannula. Ordinarily, just the     fat accumulated in the deep part is removed. On the other hand, the fat in complicated regions and even     shallow fat are effectively removed by using ultrasound and Power Cannula.
4. Endermology Program: After finishing the suction, the endermology massage is performed so that the     cutaneous surface cannot be crumpled.
